Is there any way to unzip a mod with out having winzip bc when i click extract it says i need to have winzip

Yep, the best program for this I have been able to find is called 7zip. The best part about 7zip is, it is a free program. It works great, and is used by many people. Here's the link for it:

7Zip can open and extract .rar files but it cannot create them. So, for example, if you just downloaded a mod for FS 13 that needs to be extracted and it is in a .rar format, then yes you can use 7Zip to extract the files. If you are looking to create a rar file you will need a different program
