Tractor seems tilted more to rear than front, how to fix....?

I just noticed it appears my tractor is almost like tilted more to rear instead of front.  What do I change in XML to get tractor to level out or lean more toward the front wheels than rear like normal?  See pic.

You can mess with the damper. do a little at a time til you get it were you want it.

I think in this situation, I would simply make the cack wheels bigger, because IMO they look to small of diameter for the tractor.  Of course, you will also have to adjust the radius to make the tires sit properly.
