Deleting fields..

I'm wondering how you delete the plowed texture of a field on a map... Like to make a pasture so it's grass an no longer plowed/cultivated texture...

If you just want it to be a pasture, you can just plant it to grass.  It'll stay grass until you plow it back to a field.
