Hi,
I have been tying to add turn signals and flashers to this mod. The lights are on but don't flash. This is what I have in the log. Thanks for any help

Is your lua file mapped correctly? Acording to your log it should be in a folder labeled specializations? Also, is the tractor washable? Looks like you are missing some specialization names, ive had that cause issues in the past.

Thanks for your help. The Beleuchtung. lua file was not in a folder. The original mod was not washable. I inserted  the lua file in a specialization folder. Turn signals light still on but not flashing. Checked log but did not see the previous errors in the log

The issues you are having is to do with the vehicle type name "tractor" in both the modDesc/vehicle.xml this would need to be renamed to something other then "tractor" as this is a default script name.

This is why you're specializations are not being recognized there for the turn signals are not working. Simply renaming vehicle type name to something like Case_IH in both xml's then they should work if everything else is properly done.

Thanks made the changes to the modDesc and vehicle xml file changed it to Case_IH and now turn and hazard lights work.

Thanks for your help Sivy. Ok I'm a dummy guess I have been looking at this code for too long. I was changing the wrong item in the vehicle xml file. I changed  tractor_cylindered to Case_IH and I now have working turn signals and hazard light.

Very good glad you fixed you're issue well done :) The vehicle type "tractor" is default code that was used
In FS11 that would work in FS13 however the new code is "tractor_cylindered" and was only guessing the vehicle type name was tractor in the vehicle.xml which would still caused an issue. Just remember the to names must match and can be anything as long has no spaces.
