How do the silos work on both farms? I put some silage in one of then and wanted to know how to get it out.

From my experience any thing put in additional silos has always shown up in the original silos. There was a mod on modhoster I think that allowed for separate farms. Here is the link.

I think lheckman is asking the same thing that I have been trying to figure out. The two tall concrete silos located on both farms that are for grass/chaff are not clear how to get the grass/chaff out of the silos. There does not appear to be anything visual to indicate where to unload them and can't find any unload triggers anywhere.

i never really figured out how do get the silage to show up in the bunks so i just figured that everyone would have to use there imagination and any silage put in the silos could pretend be fed to the cattle and anything put in the bunkers would be for long term silage(which is actually what gets fed to the cows anyway)

Love the rolling hills and the transmission lines running through the farm/fields... I can relate to them since I am a Power lineman by day virtual farmer by night haha!!! Maybe I am over looking this but is there a place to fill a portable water trailer for the cows?
Thanks Jeff

I have the same question on how to put straw in with the cows, since you can't achieve 100% productivity without it, to my knowledge.

It is like that for all mowers. You have to plow under the extisting grass and replant it.then you can mow it.

As long as you know the clutch is on the left, your heads straight, and your proud of who you are, you're doing pretty darn good.
