Everytime we try to export it, it gets to 99% then crashes. anyone know howw to fix it PM me please.

Did you get it fixed because mine is doing that too but it only goes to 17%

Re-install it with the latest version of Sketchup, and see if that works.

I had the same problem with it being updated too I get it into blender and the something pops up and said there is a bug

Re-install it with the latest version of Sketchup, and see if that works.

i updated it but it still doesn't work. is it something to do with the model because i can convert some models just not others.
