What cause a seeder to skip in stops?

Guessing about what you mean.
Your cart is behind you, and there is no breaks so the weight pushes it into the cart causing the seeder to try going around your tractor.

You can fix this by increasing the friction to your wheels of your seeder.

What cause a seeder to skip in stops?

Sound like your ground ref is too high it may need to be lowered a little in GE.
