Got the baler from RDAllen and is suppose to make 6ft bales. tried and still make standard bales. pulled all mods out and still makes standard bales. Any ideas?

I have the same baler. It just makes standard bales.

Have you tried it with grass or hay? I have not tried hay or straw yet

It works with grass, hay straw. If there is the smallest amount of crop in the chamber and you change the input crop (hay to straw etc) it will not change the bale type until you start a new bale. I havent tried putting the bales through a processor yet (straw blower, hay feeder).

Not sure what the deal is then...Is there a button you push to set the size that Im not seeing?

No button - if you want 4ft bales, buy the 4 foot baler - if you want 6ft bales, buy the 6 foot baler.
