Giants has put out a new video showcasing Ravenport this time. I think they should have had Robbie do their roads for them.

They certainly can't figure out where in the U.S. this is supposed to be set. Definitely not the Pacific Northwest this time.

I figured it out. They think we can drive from one ocean to the mountains and to the ocean all in a day. Like you can most of the European country's. What I can see of Ravenport map, this is the worst of them all. It's great they finally got John Deere tractor and one combine in game. The mods already made is better than the one that comes in game.
I can't see anything yet worth 35 dollars for the game. I'm sure they will releasing DLC's along the way so that will end up costing 60 to 70 dollars by the time it's all said and done. I may retire from the game altogether. I'm not excited about the new game at all. It's just, food for thought.

I have never seen anyplace in America quite like the new map. However we must remember it is the mappers who come up with the best maps.
At least it appears they are giving a better base to build on.

One of the worst things(IMO) about FS17 was the manual start option. It doesnt work like I would like it to. I hated the fact that if you got a certain distance away from the piece of equipment running it shut off. Thats not manual start thats half a**ed manual start.

well i had pre-ordered this game in late september, and after reading all the comments here, instead of saying you are disappointed in whats released so far, why not wait til about 18th or 19th of november just before release when everything will be in the Overview of the game so far only disappointment i have seen is the truck, but they are still working on lizard vehicles since the fact there is still a TBA icon in the lizard vehicles tab. best time to check for more news on equipment/vehicles/harvesters is on the weekends

I personally think that the Lizard semis this go around look better than they have in the past. I'm not real impressed with the pickup though.

yeah the rigs look sweet compared to fs13/15 trucks, don't believe 11 had trucks other than mods, just tractors/harvesters but since they still have more vehicles in the lizard brand "coming soon" who knows since steenkamp released the dually pickup TT maybe giants has a lizard dually pickup in the making or even a heavy duty pickup in general, who knows, one can only hope

The game looks a little better this time around. I think I just don't like the unknown.LOL
It looks to me that the animal trailer is geared toward girls. Don't read more in what I said than what I said. LOL

Yes I do too. There are a lot of interesting things to speculate about. In some of the factsheet pictures there are buildings under construction. In the Ravensport video there is a cement company as well as a construction zone up by the Spanish fort or hacienda or whatever it is. Makes a person wonder if there are going to be production buildings for different things such as timber, straw or maybe even sand.

Is anybody else losing interest in FS17 due to the upcoming FS19?

Beat me to it. Looks like a neat little forklift. It makes me wonder about other aspects of the game that we might not have been shown yet. Production? Pallets?

It does leave a lot of room for speculating more features.

Here is a game that I find not appealing at all and it is almost out to public. The American map looks like the map of somewhere I have never seen. It's not a North American map that is for sure and for certain. You can't go ocean palm trees mountains pines palm trees and ocean, It's impossible. The map looks like a island, where is this island? There is one equipment I'm interested in is the 635 CaseIH.
I wanted horses in map, what did I get 10 horses max small feeder lots now made to the size that they want. I got news for them Cows take 1 1/2 ac and horse take 2 1/4 ac to graze without over feeding on the land. The main reason horses eat grass closer to ground and they don't eat some grass because of texture and or taste. Don't quote me on the amount of ac of horses and cows. Sheep also eats grass close to ground. That's why it caused range wars the sheep would eat the grass so close that the cow couldn't live on the ground. Cows wrap there tongue around the grass and tear it off.
If all I can do is ride around the map on a horse I would much rather take a tractor it's a lot faster, and I have never rode a horse with a English saddle.
As for the cows it looks like the same old milk cows from all the other games. How hard is it to color the cows all one color and have them to graze and feed and raise calves and call them something else, like Angus, Simmental or any other beef breeds out there?
All these milk barns in the game out there that house the cows, what? We don't house cows in America. They don't stand in a barn 7 days a week 24 hrs a day like they do in Europe.  The game is way over priced, I think it should be free so you won't fill you wasted you money, just your time. I'll probably have to buy it since I'm one of the moderators of this web site. I hope I'm wrong and the game is better than I can see and it's the best one of all. We shall see.

Hello,
most things i agery on, but that the cows are in  a stable 24 for 7 in europe is crap, summer time they are 24 out, and spring time and fall only daytime, in the winter they are in the stable yes.

Ok, I guess I stand corrected somewhat. I would like to know how many American farmers that house there cows at anytime.
I was wondering is that the only thing you got out of that?
