Fs17 mods for Mac

 Hi guys I have downloaded mods from reputable sites for Farming sim 17 and put them in my mods folder in library but when I reopen game cannot find them anywhere in the mods section.Did not unzip them and yes made sure they were for 17.Gaming on late 2016 Mac Pro and is latest version of Farm sim 17 1.5.3.1.Any advice on this would be much appreciated.Cheers guys :)

I am not certain but I think I heard somewhere that for a Mac they need unzipped then rezipped.  If this not true then somebody please correct me.

The unzip & rezip thing is more for texture issues, but it may be of use in this case. Wooly, have you any mods downloaded directly from the Giants mod hub? And, are they doing the same thing? Also, are you selecting your mods before you start the game on the mod selection screen?

Hi Jimmy yes all the mods from the Modhub are fine it is all the mods from external site 2017 mods portal that I have put in the mods folder that are not showing up on the log either.Have attached log below.Also attached some of the zips from the external website that I cant get work.

Okay. So none of the mods you provided as examples are being loaded by the game, or else they'd show there. Are you absolutely sure you put them in the right place? If there is an issue with why the mod can't be loaded, the game is really good about throwing an error for it.

Yes Jim library/application support/Fs17 mods folder is where they currently reside.

Try a new save game with one of the stock maps and only one of the mods giving you trouble, and re-post your log.
