Don't buy those cheap retreaded tires!!! :p

That is weird as it seems the tire on the drivers side is visible?  Still, I would check that the file path to the textures is correct for starters but you've probably done that already. 
Wish I could's a nice looking rig...but hard to suggest anything without seeing it with my own eyes.

Are you loading the wheels dynamically or did you install them on the truck?
Working with mods is not for the faint of heart.

um having problems finding the issue

i think your tire blow off on the high way but is the site part of the rim it self or other part in the screangraph and dose it use a Shader for it as well it might be that you dont have all what you need to make it show up

thanks for all the input guys I figured it out I had an index out of range on the truck itself so I started over from scratch with my backup.
I now have a log version and regular straight cab (y)
