Giants Editor 6.0.3

I just downloaded GE 6.0.3 64bit now giants editor will not open. I tried to open a file on it and immediately a window pops up saying Giants Editor 6.0.3 has stopped working. I have been using the GE 6.0.3 - 32bit but my system can run the 64bit program. Has anyone else ran into this and if so have did you fix this problem? I have also checked the log and here it is:

I've also ran into this problem but I don't know how to fix it either. Sometimes if you wait a few minutes it starts working again.
