takeing out paved roads in maps

hello to all:

  can I  take out paved roads in a map to make the fields bigger in fs17?. if so how would I do that?

Hi, you will need to open the map with the Giant's editor and delete the roads.  The roads can be a single object or in sections.  Try selecting them in the 3D viepowt by left clicking on the road.  Then delete them.  If there is a terrain texture under the road (gravel or asphalt) you can paint a dirt or grass texture instead.

even though I been here for 2years now maybe longer, I never deal with giants editor, and 3D viewpoint  since this is all new to me. where do I find giants editor and the 3D viewpoint?
dealing with the file system of fs17 iam still a new beeie at that.

  I see I should have posted this in help and support section not with the mods help. my mistake
