FS19 BatesCass County fixes

I recently put Bates Cass County on my dedicated server when myself and another player noticed some bugs with the map.  One example of this was a double entry for West Elevator. I was able to remove the duplicated entry but then we also noticed that in alternating fashion contracts to that point would either sell or credit the contract. I was also able to fix this.

Another issue we noticed was the lack of distinction between the Safeways.  I was able to correct this as well.

How can I submit these fixes to you? This is not meant to bug you, but I'm just curious to know whether you are still actively working on this port.
