Sketchup to Blender help!

i'm having trouble with sketchup to blender as well. i thin it's because i know almost nothing about blender, but i always get uv's out of range when doing this.

Sketch up is bad about uv's out of range.

that may be the case but i know i'm not doing something right as when i go to export from blender the mod isn't fully textured to begin with.

You may have some faces that need flipped (as they are turned the wrong way. To fix  see the attached picture.
