if i go to that link and order it now can is it a save on desktop download or they will send me the disc version?

If you order from that link it is still a digital download. You can save it to your computer, external hard drive, external zip drive, or burn it to a disk from your computer. If you want the disc version you would have to buy it in that version.

just saw 4 copies of fs13 at walmart tonite

the games already released here in the usa, i found my copy of FS13 @ my local walmart for $19.99 way back in march of 2013. :o
