Good Screenshot Program?

Whats a good screenshot program that takes very high quality pictures? F12 lowers the quality quite a bit. Also would like for it to be free

Screenshot quality is determined by your computer specs, not what you use to take the shot.

F12 is the best option since it is part of the game, so it doesn't reduce FPS. If you use another program to take screenshots, it will take from your computer's usable memory and slow your game down by at least a little bit, and possibly quite a bit depending on your specs.
